HOW PROCUREMENT WORKS

REQUIREMENTS
We begin by understanding what you are looking for, from individual pieces to larger orders. We establish the quantities, dimensions, budget and specific requirements before sourcing begins.

SOURCING
We work through our network of suppliers and manufacturers across Indonesia to source and produce pieces based on your requirements, from existing designs to fully custom pieces.

QUOTATION
& APPROVAL
We prepare a detailed quotation covering the furniture, quantities, specifications, associated costs and estimated delivery costs. The order is confirmed once the quotation has been approved and the required deposit has been received.

PRODUCTION
& COORDINATION
We oversee production with the relevant suppliers and manufacturers, monitoring progress and coordinating timelines throughout. Each piece is checked for quality and finish, with any necessary adjustments addressed before it is prepared for shipment.

SHIPPING
& DELIVERY
For local orders in Bali, we coordinate delivery directly with our suppliers and delivery partners. For international orders, we arrange export packing and shipping through our freight partners, with the final shipping cost confirmed once the order is ready for dispatch
