Maison V’s Virtual Interior Design service is designed for clients who want a professionally developed interior without the need for an on-site design team. We work from the plans, dimensions and visual information provided to develop the space remotely, taking into account the architecture, proportions, practical requirements and overall character of the property. Furniture and finishes are selected to work within the space and the wider design direction, with the option to purchase locally or have selected pieces sourced through our Bali network.The final design is delivered as a detailed presentation and sourcing guide, giving you a clear and practical direction for bringing the finished interior to life.

CONCEPT & DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
We begin by getting to know the project remotely, with the client providing the essential information needed to develop the design. This includes the existing floor plan and dimensions, photographs or videos of the space, references, and practical requirements. We use this information alongside a consultation to understand how the space will be used, what needs to be addressed and the direction you would like to take the interior.
Working from the plans, dimensions and visual information provided, we develop the spatial layout around the proportions, flow and practical requirements of the existing space. Furniture placement, circulation and the relationship between different areas are carefully worked through and translated into a detailed floor plan. Where the design calls for changes to the existing layout or other construction work, these are incorporated into the proposed design and can be reviewed with the client’s local contractor or relevant professionals to establish feasibility before implementation.
With the spatial layout established, we develop the visual direction of the interior through a curated moodboard and detailed design presentation. Materials, finishes, furniture and styling are developed into a cohesive scheme, supported by 3D visualisations illustrate the proposed space, proportions and overall composition.
Once the design is approved, we prepare a detailed spreadsheet of all selected pieces, including dimensions, pricing and direct purchasing links. From the beginning of the project, clients can choose how they would like procurement to be handled: purchasing everything themselves using the sourcing list provided, a combination of both, where selected items are purchased locally while Maison V manages larger or custom pieces sourced from Indonesia, or full Maison V procurement, where we manage the sourcing, ordering and coordination of all selected pieces through our network of Indonesia-based suppliers and makers.

DESIGN HANDOVER
Once the design is finalised, you receive the complete design package, including the final presentation, floor plans, design visualisations and detailed sourcing spreadsheet. Maison V procurement can also be included where selected at the start of the project. Everything is provided in one clear package, ready for you to bring the design to life yourself or alongside your own contractor or architect, where required.
